My Involvement

• Directed 52 production personnel and established production deliverables to effectively execute tasks

• Led pre-production and early production to align creative vision with client expectations

• Collaborated with creative team to develop scripts for seven episodes that properly upheld the show’s purpose

• Managed a $1M budget and identified cost-saving opportunities resulting in reducing expenses by 15%
